BOOKS I RECOMMEND
This is a list of books I like and recommend. These are not affiliate links, and I receive no compensation for providing them.
I first encountered this amazing little book when Lisa Eurich (founder of yoga2la.com), lent me her own copy several years ago. This small, immensely powerful book helps you tear down self-limiting beliefs and replace them with simple, logical truths which empower you to live a healthy, fulfilled life. This is one of the best books I have ever read (and I read a LOT). This is a link to the book's page on Amazon.com, where the paperback and Kindle editions are usually around $7.
This book is different. If you wish to understand and change your relationship with food, this book can help. It is not a diet or a health kick fad. Intuitive Eating is a new way of understanding why we eat the way we do. This is a link to the book's page on Amazon.com, where the paperback is usually less than $10.
The general idea behind this brilliant book is this: if you put time and effort into making each other feel happy and loved, guess what happens? Surprise: everyone feels happy and loved. This is a link to the book's page on Amazon.com, where the paperback and Kindle editions are usually less than $10.
